I spend many hours around the lake at Carlton Towers, making friends with the local wildlife. Here are just a few of the 1000’s of photos I have from around here.

Spring time at Carlton Towers Lake.
Mother swan is busy nesting, it’s looking like she’s laid around 5 eggs and of course Daddy swan is eating all the treats I take up as well as spooking the geese, warning them to stay away. Of course the 1000’s of bluebells are out in true force and it’s lovely to be able to walk among them.
As you all know by now I love taking photos of the local swan but I must admit I think I’m a little bit in love with this photo I took on Sunday March 6th. Having to climb a tree was great fun getting down from the tree not as much fun! 
Dalby Forest
Dalby Forest is one of those magical places that you want to share but at the same time want all to yourself.

Well what can I say, a Brit in London, watching a live NFL game between the Jacksonville Jags and Buffalo Bills.
I can officially say I am now an NFL convert, the game had it all.
Well What can I say! It’s 30 years since Kate Bush released one of her most infamous albums “The Hounds of Love” and what better way to celebrate than to unite the Kate Bush fandom by hosting a 30th anniversary concert with the fans favourite tribute band “Cloudbusting” As a friend of the band I was honoured to go to London to see the show and spend time with my Cloudbusting friends and to return the favour I managed to take some photos of the evening. It’s easy to see why they have such an amazing reputation so much so that Kate’s original drummer Preston Heyman couldn’t resist being part of the show, joining the band for ‘Sat in your lap’ and ‘James and the gold gun’ much to the crowds pleasure. What an amazing night.
Managed to get a few photos through the clouds in North Yorkshire of the Eclipse today, The latter photos show a mirror image of the eclipse refracted over the lens, if that makes sense!?
